'I try to work wherever i am - daily life and strolling around are my main sources for ideas. Collecting tiny things, stories and weird circumstances along the way. I want to give an impression of what we are able to read inbetween the things and lines. I see my work as visual research and commentary to my direct and virtual surrounding. Usually i dance when i'm working.'
Nadine Kolodziey assembles different styles and perspectives to create a colorful visual language. Her work is digital, melted, cut, photoshopped and formed by hand. Photographer Camilo Brau visited her in her Studio and accompanied the dismantling of her first solo show 'sandwichmaker'.
